    How many guests fit?

    Up to 75 guests, with tables and chairs for everyone already in the room.

    Is there a minimum booking?

    Yes. Bookings start at 4 hours, and you can add as many hours as your event needs.

    What comes with the room?

    Tables and chairs are on site and ready to use. AV is available for music, slideshows and presentations, and you can add the kitchen if you need it.

    Can I rent the kitchen?

    Yes. The kitchen is available to rent with your booking for caterers or your own cooking. Just check the kitchen option when you request your date.

    Is there a cleaning fee?

    Yes, a one-time cleaning fee is added to every booking. It is shown in your quote, so there are no surprises.

    Can I see the space before I book?

    Absolutely. Book a walkthrough and pick a time that suits you. Tours take about 30 minutes.
